The house is a multi-level unit with 4 levels. Master bedroom and bathroom are in the basement. Second bedroom is on the ground level with the main bathroom. Living room and kitchen are a half flight of stairs up and then the loft is an open room with tons of sleeping options. We also have 3 ton Daikin mini split system to help cool and heat the house. There is one 18k btu unit in the main area above the dining table, one 9k btu unit in the front bedroom, and one 9k btu unit in the master bedroom.
The village of loon is a collection of townhouses and timeshares directly across from Loon Mountain. The neighborhood is about 3 miles from downtown Lincoln and right off the route 112 kangamangus highway. All the houses are surrounded with trees and views for days of Loon mountain. There is a stream that runs down the side of the house and provides a great sound while you have a bbq out on our deck. The neighborhood has overflow parking near the entrance of the village. A dumpster is located in the overflow parking also. The streets are very quiet and great for walking to and from other houses. There is also walking bridges to both clearbrook and coolige neighboring homes.
During the winter a shuttle bus will bring guests from the house to the mountain. Parking is limited to two cars in front of our house. But there is also overflow parking near the main entrance of the village of loon.
